Corporate Attorney
Requirements
ㆍJD from an accredited US law school.
ㆍLicensed to practice law in the state of Georgia preferred but not required.
ㆍKorean-English Bilingual Required
ㆍ3+ years of legal experience (law firm and/or in-house) with a focus on commercial transactions preferred
ㆍExperience in immigration, litigation, labor & employment preferred
Responsibilities
ㆍDraft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including distribution, supply, real property lease, construction and service agreements, etc.
ㆍWork closely with business teams on a broad range of legal matters and provide strategic legal advice.
ㆍIdentify and analyze potential legal risks and compliance exposures in contracts and operations.
ㆍProvide support to management and advise business teams on issues related to contract interpretation, compliance, and potential disputes.
ㆍCollaborate with colleagues to continuously enhance contract processes and ensure their effective implementation.
ㆍPeriodically and proactively assess legal risk exposures for the business and develop risk mitigation initiatives, including procedures, policies, and forms development.
