[CUCKOO] Technical Support - Independent contractor, 1099

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly and effectively towards customer service inquiries
• Troubleshoot and develop creative solutions that cater to customer challenges
• Having full knowledge and staying up to date on all of our products and services
• Provide technical assistance to callers 
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer needs in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Korean and English is highly preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain professionalism when customers are stressed or upset.
• Experience working in a fast-paced team environment
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
