Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Deposit Operations Specialist to join our team. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and reconcile daily depsoit transactions
• Outgoing and Incoming Wire Processing
• Mobile Deposit and Remote Capture Deposit Review
• Monitor and follow-up card alerts and cases
• Assist with the implementtion of new technologies and services
• Support the bank’s retail staff

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Fluency in English
• 2+ years of relevant experience in deposit operations or banking
• A strong interest in the banking, fraud prevention, or payment processing
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
