Client Coordinator Jon Description
-Responding client’s emails & phone calls and dispatching day porters.
-Reviewing nightly report from project managers and revising them.
-Sending nightly report to each building managers and daily report with request, work orders, & complaints to project managers.
-Reporting any security/maintenance issues or changes in staffing.
-Communicating with clients or project manager about daily, weekly, monthly cleaning expectations and goals.
Qualification
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-English-Korean Bilingual
-Fluent computer skill (Excel & Word)
-Must be eligible to work legally in the US
Benefits

Hours
-40 hours full time (8:30AM ~ 5:30PM)
