- Project Scheduler (P6 경력 필수)

- 3D Design/ Drawing manager (경력자 우대)

* 배관/ 용접/ 덕트 Pipefitter/Welder/ DUCT 팀.반장급 및 기술자: 

주요업무

- 경력 1년이상/ 한국인 우대/ 유경험자 우대/ 타주 근무가능자 우대/ 팀단위 우대/

 - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and isometric drawings for piping layout and welding specifications.

- Measure, cut, thread, bend, and install various types of pipes (e.g., carbon steel, stainless steel).

- Use power tools and hand tools to prepare piping systems and weld joints using MIG, TIG, and arc welding techniques.

- Inspect, test, and repair installed systems using hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure gauges.

- Perform grinding, fitting, and tack welding to assemble and secure pipe sections.

- Ensure proper alignment and sealing of joints, valves, and supports.

- Operate forklifts, lifts, or scaffolding to access elevated work areas safely.

 - Follow site safety policies, wear PPE, and comply with OSHA regulations at all times.

주요업무 Project Manager

-      입찰 & 견적 업무 수행

-      발주처 및 협력 사 입찰 견적 업무 협의 및 관리

-      프로젝트 전반 관리 및 현장 수행 등

주요업무: Superintendent

-      현장 총괄

-      협력사 미팅, 관리, 업무 진행사항 확인 및 관리 등

주요업무: Project Scheduler (P6) 

-      프로젝트 전체 스케쥴 책임

-      Progress 관리 및 스케쥴 반영

-      각 공정별 스케쥴 관리 등

주요업무: 3D Design/Drawing Manager

-      해당 스콥 3D 구현

-      Design Build 프로젝트 참여 시 Main 설계사 협력

자격요건 :

-     한국/미국 발주처 공사 경험 우대

-     모든 포지션은 한국어/ 영어 이중언어자 우대 

-     타 지역 근무 필수 (프로젝트 별 상이)
