Joynus Care, Inc. exists to bridge cultural gaps and support seniors who face language and cultural barriers. We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced nurse who is committed to delivering high-quality care and empowering staff to do the same.

Position Summary:

The nurse will be responsible for overseeing patient care and ensuring high standards of service. This includes developing field staff, supervising clinical care, and creating personalized care plans for each client. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Train, supervise, and support nurse aides, PCAs and other field staff
• Monitor and guide clinical care to ensure compliance with company policies
• Evaluate staff performance and provide ongoing coaching and development
• Conduct in-home visits, assess new admissions, and create individualized care plans
• Regularly review and revise care plans as needed
• Educate clients and their families on care procedures and expectations

Requirements:

• Current and active nurse license in the state of Georgia
• Excellent assessment and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
