Production Support Team – Production Support Analyst (Gainesville Plant)

Summary

This role supports production line setup during the new factory construction with a primary focus on material ordering and logistics. After the factory begins operating, the role transitions to supporting production scheduling, cost control, and logistics operations.

Essential Job Functions

• Set up standard data and material masters for the new IT system

• Handle ordering and logistics support for production materials and supplies

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely procurement

• Input and manage SAP master data related to production materials

• Develop monthly, weekly, and daily production schedules

• Calculate material requirements (MRP) and issue purchase orders

• Plan and execute warehouse shipments and product deliveries

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (any major)

• 3+ years of experience in food manufacturing production

• Proficiency in documentation and Microsoft Excel

• Strong attention to detail and effective cross-functional communication

Preferred

• Experience in production planning, cost management, or material procurement

• SAP or similar ERP experience
