Head Chef & Kitchen Staff

Responsibilities:

Prepare and plate menu items

Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene

Assist with inventory and ordering

Work with the team to fulfill orders accurately and quickly

Qualifications:

2+ years kitchen experience preferred

Eligible for food safety certification

Available on weekends and holidays

Keyholder / Server

Responsibilities:

Open/close the store and oversee operations

Bartend and serve guests

Support and train staff

Handle customer service and resolve issues

Qualifications:

1+ year relevant experience

Must be 21+ with bartending experience

Strong leadership and teamwork skills

Available nights and weekends

Bartender

Responsibilities:

Prepare drinks and cocktails

Maintain bar cleanliness and organization

Recommend beverages and engage with guests

Operate POS and handle payments

Qualifications:

1+ year bartending experience preferred

Must be 21+

Friendly and outgoing personality

Available weekends and holidays

Server

Responsibilities:

Take orders and serve food/drinks

Operate POS and process payments

Manage tables and simulator bays

Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues

Qualifications:

1+ year service experience preferred

Friendly and energetic personality

Available weekends and holidays

Host

Responsibilities:

Greet guests and guide them to their seats

Manage reservations and waitlists

Provide basic guest assistance and information

Qualifications:

Friendly and outgoing personality
