We are seeking a bilingual (English/Korean) professional to join our team in Duluth, GA.
The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while assisting with day-to-day agency management.
Responsibilities:

Support customer service inquiries and requests

Assist agency management with daily operations

Maintain organized records and communication flow
Qualifications:

Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean

Proficient in computer use and office software

Strong organizational and communication skills

Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
