Responsibilities

  • Prepare executive-level presentations and reports
  • Support the development and execution of organizational strategies
  • Identify risks or gaps in planning assumptions and propose improvements
  • Manage or support projects, including scheduling, issue tracking, and risk management
  • Develop and maintain business models, demand forecasts, and scenario analyses
  • Analyze data to support reporting and strategic decision-making
  • Support business decision-making through analysis of sales trends, financial reports, and operational data
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute strategic initiatives
  • Collaborating with other departments in strategic planning and budgeting processes
  • Strong understanding of business performance metrics and financial concepts
  • Conduct research and prepare planning-related documents and proposals
  • Collect, organize, and analyze performance indicators and KPIs to drive improvements
  • Monitor subsidiary operations and support improvement initiatives
  • Development and report on strategic planning proposals and improvement plans

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required 
  • Proficient PC skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, database management systems Required 
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to efficiently prioritize competing tasks required 
  • Bilingual English/Korean Preferred 

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree and Diploma Required (Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field) / Master’s preferred
  • 5 ~ 8 Years of relevant experience in business analysis, strategic planning, or related fields (experience in forwarding or logistics industry is a plus)
  • Excellent skills in business documentation, with proficiency in  Excel, SQL, Power BI, SAP, and other data analysis and visualization tools
  • Proven communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and diverse cultures
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong leadership capabilities and team-oriented mindset

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit in front of a desk and/or in front of the computer for long periods
  • Repetitive use of hand/grasping product, writing, and typing
  • Stand/walk
