Responsibilities

• Receive and execute daily work assignments as directed by the supervisor
• Update system data for incoming freight, order processing, and shipments
• Manage customer order entry and ensure timely daily order processing
• Verify outbound shipments for quantity and accuracy
• Support and delegate tasks to temporary warehouse staff as needed
• Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals
• Provide daily status reports on shipped and on-hold orders
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and customers

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
• Strong understanding of inventory or data management is a plus
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and basic office software
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Bilingual in Korean and English preferred
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willing to learn
• Able to travel or participate in short-term business trips when needed
