 The Atlanta office is seeking quality control professionals to join our team!

Overview

•             Manage janitorial clients in specific geographic territory in the greater Atlanta area

•             Main task is inspection of buildings for quality assurance

•             Maintain client relations by consistent contact by phone and personal visits

•             Perform initial walk-throughs with our janitorial teams to welcome new clients

•             Work with clients and franchisees to address and resolve concerns and incidents

•             Will handle work orders, customer requests, and train cleaners in basic cleaning procedures

•             Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and driven

•             Possess strong relational and follow-up skills

•             Must have great verbal and written communication skills

•             Have professional appearance and great control of time management

•             Must possess computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel

•             Reliable transportation required

•             Experience in janitorial industry is required

Compensation

•             Annual Salary starting from $40,000

•             Auto allowance

Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
