Job Title: Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable

Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ (Onsite)

Duration: 1 Year

Language Requirement: Bilingual in Korean and English (to coordinate with HQ in Korea)

Job Summary:

Seeking a detail-oriented AR/AP Business Support professional to manage B2B contracts, customer billing, vendor payments, and cross-functional coordination. Must be fluent in Korean and English, and proficient in Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle B2B contracts, deliveries, billing, and AR/AP processes.
• Execute contract approvals in SAP and Salesforce.com.
• Issue purchase orders and manage vendor payments, inspections, and credit memos.
• Support AR management and customer invoicing (including sales tax accuracy).
• Act as liaison between Business, Accounting, CFO Office, and Legal.
• Respond to audit requests and support reseller agreements.

Qualifications:

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proactive and responsible, with strong customer service skills.
• Experience with SAP SD module and channel business is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
