Job Title: AV/VTC Systems Engineer

Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ 07660
Duration: 1 Year Contract
Language Requirement: Bilingual in Korean and English

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AV/VTC Systems Engineer to support our Audio/Visual and Video Teleconferencing infrastructure. The ideal candidate will manage AV/VTC project implementation, provide end-user support, and ensure smooth operation of AV systems across multiple environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute AV/VTC projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot AV/VTC systems and networks both on-site and remotely

• Plan and manage vendor and carrier activities for AV/VTC projects

• Select, test, and commission AV equipment as needed

• Respond to work order requests with accuracy and urgency

• Support AV meeting operations and escalation processes

• Maintain documentation for system configuration and project updates
