Logistics Operation Sr. Staff

⏰ Working Hours:
08:30 ~ 17:30 (subject to change)

? Language Requirement:
Korean required (English & Korean required)

[Job Responsibilities / Main Duties]

• Possess customer-centric service and negotiation skills

• Import logistics, global operations, and customs clearance management

• Establish and implement operational plans based on customer requirements

• Calculating sea/air/truck transport rates and managing partners

• Maintain SOPs and manage compliance

• Work with carriers and internal teams to resolve issues

• Regular review of KPIs and customer satisfaction

• Report writing and other work support

[Qualifications / Qualification Requirements]

• More than 3 years of experience in logistics operations (import/export/trucking, etc.)

• At least 3 years of experience in forwarding or transportation industry

• WMS (warehouse management system) experience preferred

• Proficient in using Excel and PowerPoint

• Those who can speak both English and Korean (Bilingual required)

• Detailed and multitasking skills

• Excellent problem-solving skills and interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to work responsibly in a fast-paced work environment

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
