■ 업무내용 :
• Ensuring accurate bookkeeping into QuickBooks, including generating financial reports, payroll, expenses entry, and credit card payments.
• Performing general administrative duties, including office management, screening phone calls, ordering supplies, and maintaining records.
• Handling basic HR duties and maintaining employee records in compliance with legal requirements.
• Acting as a liaison with vendors, including those responsible for insurance, IT support, and building management/facilities.

■ 자격요건 :
– 신입 지원 가능
– 학사 이상 (졸업예정자 가능)
– 0~3년 이내 경력자 우대

■ 연봉 : $50,000~$60,000/annual

■ 베네핏 :
– Benefits may vary depending on the company’s benefits program
– Vacation 10 days in a year after 2 months PTO 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (maximum 40 hours in a year) after 2 months
