Job Title: Accounts Manager Support

Contract Period: 1+ Year

Work Location: 100 Challenger Rd., Ridgefield Park, NJ 07660 (Onsite)

 

Please Note: Must be Bilingual – Korean / English

 

Description:

 

- Provide comprehensive support across business operations by collaborating with cross-functional teams including procurement, accounting, and legal.

- Create and manage quotations for new and renewal contracts.

- Draft contracts and PUMIs in alignment with legal and corporate compliance standards.

- Prepare PUMIs for server and disk upgrades, decommissions, and intra-company contracts.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and support, ensuring high customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
