To support customers in North/South America, KD FINECHEM USA operates a manufacturing facility in Montgomery, Alabama. Through innovative technology and continuous improvement, we strive to meet and exceed customer needs.



Position Summary


The Sales Staff will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. This role supports the company
s sales and profitability goals by managing assigned accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and profit targets.
  • Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in the assigned region.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide ongoing account support.
  • Work with customers to establish pricing strategies that support profitability.
  • Monitor product pricing and cost trends, including raw material changes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support order processing, inventory availability, and delivery schedules.
  • Understand basic logistics and supply chain concepts to support customer needs.
  • Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager and submit required reports on time.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in weekly and monthly meetings to review sales activities and pipeline opportunities.


Qualifications


Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Must be able to commute to Duluth, GA (in-person position).

Preferred

  • Previous sales experience (B2B experience is a plus but not required).


Work Schedule & Location

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Day Shift)
  • Work Location: In person (Duluth, GA)


Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $50,000 $70,000 per year (negotiable based on experience and skills)
