[Duluth, GA] Operation Coordinator (Inside Logistics Sales Support) Duluth, GA > 구인/구직

• Condition: 1 year contract + extension or direct hire opportunity

• Location: Duluth, GA

   

• Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm

   

• Benefits: Medical / Vision / Dental / PTO (After 90 days)

Responsibilities:

Prepare management reports and support Sales leadership

Respond to customer inquiries and prepare freight rate quotations

Support inside sales activities and manage CRM updates

Handle customer complaints and coordinate issue resolution

Coordinate between Sales, Operations, Pricing, Legal, and Finance teams

Assist with sales materials, presentations, and P&L analysis

Conduct market research and support business development
Provide administrative and operational support, contribute to process improvements
 

Qualifications:

Entry-level or less than 3 years of experience in logistics operations, sales support, or business development

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean (required)

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) a plus

Self-motivated, team-oriented, adaptable to fast-paced environment

Willingness to learn and grow in the logistics industry
