포지션: 생산 어시스턴트 라인 매니져

현장 관리자로서 생산 매니저와 생산 팀원 간의 원활한 소통과 협업을 지원하는 코디네이터 역할을 수행할 리더를 채용합니다.
본 포지션은 생산 현장에서 발생하는 다양한 업무를 조율하고, 생산팀이 효율적으로 운영될 수 있도록 지원하는 역할을 담당합니다.

한국어와 영어로 원활한 의사소통이 가능한 분을 선호하며, 생산 현장에서 근무할 수 있는 기본적인 체력과 책임감을 갖춘 분을 찾고 있습니다.

Job Summary

This role involves operating and managing the frozen dough, butter cake, and cake sheet production lines at a bakery manufacturing factory.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Job duties include but are not limited to the following:

·        Operate bakery equipment and Training for staffingemployees

·        Maintain high standards for product quality and follow safety regulations

·        Check daily/monthly inventory

·        Part-Time Employee Hygiene,Industrial safety and Commuting Management

·        Efficient production Line improvement

Qualifications

·        5+ years of experience in bakery, cake industry or food manufacturing operation preferred

·        Bilingual in English and Korean preferred

·        Communication skills and good teamwork
