We are seeking a Staff Accountant/Administrative Assistant to join our NaviTax team in our Alpharetta office. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented team member who Is able to work independently to support the accounting functions of our rapidly growing company. The successful candidate must be organized, detail oriented, high-energy and reliable!

Qualifications
-Must be Bilingual (Korean/English)
-Ability to multi-task
-Ability to take on new assignments with minimal instructions
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
-Ability to make independent decisions in-line with standards by senior leadership
-Strong work ethics with positive attitude
-Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
-Knowledge in QuickBooks, Accounting CS preferred (not required)
-Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or related field (not required)
-CPA/EA license (not required)

Responsibilities
-Answer and handle incoming calls
-Greet and assist with walk-in clients
-Plan and schedule appointments and events
-Bookkeeping – month-end close, reconcile accounts
-Sales tax and payroll return filing – local, state, and federal level
-Process payroll
-Manage and organize client account source documents
-Assist the office manager with all office tasks

Hybrid Work
-Training will be at the Alpharetta office
-Remote Work will be available, however will need the ability to come into the office as needs arise.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
