Job description
We are hiring an office manager to oversee the office administrative team.
The office manager will coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy and supervise members of the administrative staff, equally dividing responsibilities to improve performance.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence.
Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel, and other data.
Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures and Retail operations.
Assist colleagues, directors, and the executive team whenever there is an opportunity to do so.
Qualification
must be able to fluently speak and write in english
must be able to use Microsoft Office applications such as excel.
must be organized and able to meet deadlines
must demonstrate high comprehension skills
must be able to work in the US
Salary
$4,000 per month
Work Hours and Location
Monday ~ Friday 9am - 5pm
Suwanee, GA
