SUMMARY
The Software Engineer is responsible for initial setup and maintenance of automated equipment using Machine Vision technology. The Software Engineer will be directly interfacing with user clients about automated equipment and ensuring it is functioning correctly.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
initial setup and maintenance of AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot) and AGV (Autonomous Guided Vehicle)
Basic Troubleshooting of problems related to AMR/AGV
Work with users on a day-to-day basis to answer any AMR/AGV related questions or concerns they may have.
Coordinate and work with HQ experts in Korea

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Electronic Engineering or IT Related disciplines
Relocate to Lordstown, Ohio and Lansing, Michigan (LG Energy Solution Factory)
Korean and English Speaking
Excellent analytical Skills
Superior problem-solving skills
Good documentation skills
Willing to assist users with their tasks when needed
