Office Location: Steve Reynolds Boulevard, Duluth.
Position: Front Office Staff
Status: Full/Part-time
Compensation: Commensurate with experience
Dasom Homecare Agency LLC is a small newly Medicaid approved home care company and we currently service 10 counties within Georgia. We not only provide home care services to seniors in their homes, but make sure they are taken care of in almost every aspect so they can live their golden years in comfort.
Dasom is looking for front of office staff to help with daily operations, such as answering phones, emails, and helping clients, current and potential caregivers. As we are a small but growing company, we need people who can be flexible, and able to multi-task.
Responsibilities
• Update trackers and upload files to respective folders.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of some of the information we handle.
• Sending and responding to correspondence
• Keeping track of appointments
• Be able to perform administrative and other tasks as needed.
Skills
• Experience with working with computers and proficiency with Microsoft Office such as Word and corollary programs.
• Good communication skills are a must especially amongst staff.
• Bilingual preferred (English and Korean)
• Patience and the ability to maintain professionalism is a must due to the nature of the business and clientele.
• Must have good time management, and be able to take initiative at times and be productive
Qualifications
• High School Diploma (GED)
• Understanding of home care processes, Medicaid, and Medicare is a plus but not required.
• Understanding and experience of social work is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to communicate proficiently in English both written and verbally.
• Open to learning and taking instruction and criticism.
