Job Summary:

 

The Low Voltage Manager is responsible for leading teams of subcontractors and will work with clients

and company management to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and

according to specifications/plans. The individual will execute the Low Voltage scopes of projects to

include CCTV, Access Control, AV system, structured cabling, IT asset moving and server room.

 

Job Requirements:

• Install various low voltage systems, including structured cabling, telephone systems, security

cameras, AP’s, access control systems, audiovisual equipment, and data networks.

• Troubleshoot problems in wiring, connections, and equipment, utilizing testing devices and

diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

• Mount equipment, connect wires, and test system functionality.

• Understanding of computer networks & network equipment.

• Configure and program systems according to specific requirements.

• Maintain detailed documentation of all installs, repairs, and modifications performed.

• Must be able to work independently and as a team.

• Driving Scissor lifts.

 

Qualifications:

• Korean/English bilingual (preferred)

• Must possess excellent communication skills and have a working knowledge of the construction

industry.

• Have understanding of job progress and ensure implementation is within project schedule.

• Flexibility for overnight and out-of-state assignments, as some projects may require an

overnight work schedule. The frequency and duration of overnight work varies by project.

• Valid driver’s license with a clear driving record.

 
Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in high volume commercial low voltage/data/fiber/structured

cabling contractor.
