Position: Procurement Specialist
Location: COVINGTON, GA
JOB SUMMARY
Absolics is seeking an experienced Procurement who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous environment. The Procurement team manages the flow of materials to our sites by monitoring and mitigating supply risk. This role will be responsible for coordinating all Procure-to-Pay cycle.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare POs and PO documentation in accordance with company directives.
• Complete the entire Procure-to-Pay cycle by working closely with the accounting department to resolve delivery and invoicing issues.
• Review contracts with compliance team to ensure pricing, payment terms, volume commitments, rebates, etc.
• Assist in negotiation of price and commercial terms and conditions.
• Respond to inquiries regarding requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, and pricing information.
• Develop sources of supply, establish procurement schedules, and assist in supplier pre-qualification activities.
• Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts electronically.
• Effectively monitor market trends to help identify improved pricing.
QUALITIFICATION:
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and contract review experience
• Understanding of general accounting principles
• Strong negotiation, and analytical skill
• Strong communication, organization, and comfortable multitasking in a fast paced environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:
• Bilingual (Korean, English)
• Bachelor Degree in Business
