●Loan officer / Underwriter
Location : Duluth, GA
Position  : Entry & Experienced (2+ years) and/or Manager Level
Industry  : Commercial & Industry loans

Qualifications:
* Entry & 2+ years of relevant experience
* Background in business, accounting and/or finance preferred
* Bilingual (English and Korean) preferred

Key Duties:
* Request and compile required documents for underwriting process
* Analyse the applicant's financial statements and ratios.
* Underwrite loan files for loan approvals (New, renew, loan review, modification, etc.) for commercial loans such as commercial line of credit &
  commercial real estate loans according to loan policy & guidelines, and in compliance with applicable regulation within given deadlines
* Conduct or order the lender dues, if any, such as, but not limited to, appraisal, environmental assessment, flood search, OFAC/CIP requirements,
  UCC Search, the title search, etc.
* Perform closing activities such as obtaining documents from customers & attorneys, verifying legal documents, arrangement of closing.
* Assist customers and borrowers with inquiries and requests related to commercial lending.
* Loan administration roles such as, but not limited to, maintaining loan files, disbursement, tickler follow-up etc.
* Perform annual review (check property tax status, insurance, etc.)
