[Job Overview]
The HR Generalist assists HR Manager with multiple human resources functions, including, but not limited to, Onboarding, Benefits, Employee support, Payroll, FMLA, Timekeeping, Filing, and other duties as assigned and required. This role will require a strong organizational and communication skill, and basic understanding of Federal and State Payroll/HR compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. HR Generalist will also serve as a point-of-contact by responding to questions and educating employees on company benefit programs.

[Requirements/Qualifications]
 Bachelor Degree Required
 SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus
 Previous working knowledge of either in a general administrative role or HR
 Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-up and follow-through skills
 Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
 Working knowledge of Payroll and HRIS preferred
 Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
 Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize effectively
 Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
 Must be fluent in English and bi-lingual in Korean/English
