We are seeking a bilingual (English/Korean) professional to join our team in Duluth, GA. 

The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while assisting with day-to-day agency management.

Responsibilities:

• Support customer service inquiries and requests

• Assist agency management with daily operations

• Maintain organized records and communication flow

Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean

• Proficient in computer use and office software

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
