We are looking to add an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to our Duluth–Alpharetta office. This is a full-time, in-office position supporting a fast-paced, high-standard legal team.

Please do not apply unless you already have PI case management experience and fully bilingual.

Responsibilities:

• Manage pre-litigation PI cases from intake to settlement
• Communicate with clients regularly and maintain excellent client relationships
• Order, track, and summarize medical records and bills
• Monitor treatment progress and guide clients through the process
• Draft demand letters and prepare files for negotiation
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters, healthcare providers, and attorneys
• Maintain organized, accurate files and follow internal procedures consistently
• Ensure all deadlines are met with exceptional attention to detail

What We Are Looking For:

• Must have prior Personal Injury case management experience (pre-litigation required; litigation experience is a plus)
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Excellent communication skills with clients and adjusters
• Ability to work independently and manage a large case load
• Someone who takes ownership of their files and requires minimal supervision
• Friendly, professional, and dependable
