Position Overview :  We are seeking of th unique cultural needs of our residents. This role involves

developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance our visiblity and outreach within the community.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute marketing plans tailored to the general population, as well as the korean demographic.
• Ceate engaging content (digital and analoque) for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and brochures.
• Build relationships with Korean churches, community organizations, senior centers, and local businesses.
• Represent Eben Silver Town at community organizations, senior centers, and local businesses.
• Build regerral partners with hospitals, social workers, and healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure marketing materials reflect our calues and mission.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance to refine strategies.
• Assist witn website updates and conten creation
• help produce promotioanl filmas and resident stories.
• Schedule and coordinate tours
• Assis familes through the inquiry and move-in process
• Maintain accurate tracking of leads and follow-ups

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketin, Communications, or a related fied.
• Fluency in Korean and English (Written and spoken)
• Experience in  marketing or community outreach, Perferably in the senior care sector.
• strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
• Familianity with social media platforms and digital marketing stategies.
