Sales Account Representative
Annual Salary : $50,000 ~ $70,000/Full time
Health Insurance : Employee – 100%, Spouse and Family – 50%
PTO : 10 days/year

Job Description
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and serve as a liaison between internal teams and clients
Monitor customer accounts and proactively identify opportunities to provide additional support
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies to grow the business.
Book freight/rigging to load/unload machines (incoming/outgoing)
Manage/maintain Korean Customers
Qualification
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of SAP (ERP) system is a plus
Salesforce experience is a plus.
Bilingual in English and Korean is required.
