Position Title: HR & GA Manager
Department: Management Support Team – Human Resources & General
Affairs
Reports To: CEO, U.S. Entity
Location: Duluth, GA
Employment Type: Full-time (Exempt)
About the Role
The HR & GA Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end payroll operations for the U.S. entity and managing HR operations through an HRIS-driven framework.
This role focuses on ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance with U.S. labor laws, effective system management, and overall stability of HR and general administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll
- Manage the full semi-monthly payroll process
- Ensure accuracy of wages, overtime, PTO, and payroll deductions
- Ensure compliance with FLSA regulations and perform payroll error reviews
HRIS & HR Operations
- Manage HRIS covering onboarding, time & attendance, payroll, and offboarding
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes and leave administration
- Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, attendance, and benefits
- Manage groupware systems and related data administration
General Affairs (GA)
- Oversee office operations, shared expenses, contracts, and vendor management
- Manage internal administrative processes and operational risks
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws
- Establish and maintain internal controls for HR, payroll, and GA functions
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience managing U.S. payroll operations
- Experience operating HRIS platforms
- Experience in an HQ–subsidiary or multinational environment preferred
Preferred Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources
- Bilingual in English and Korean preferred.
Work Environment
- Standard office environment at ATEC USA HQ (Duluth, GA).
- Occasional overtime during monthly/quarterly closings may be required.
