[Job Position]

Logistics Manager (On-site)

 

 

[Responsibilities]

Overall management of logistics operations

 

1) Logistics Cost "management"

- Negotiate logistics and transportation costs

- Perform monthly logistics cost closing and analysis

- Manage and evaluate logistics service providers

 

 

2) Liquid Bulk Operations

- Oversee liquid bulk inventory, including quality control and COA

(Certificate of Analysis) management

- Manage inbound and outbound bulk operations

- Coordinate bulk ocean transportation

 

 

3) Rail Car & ISO Tank Operations

- Manage liquid rail car and ISO tank operations

- Oversee equipment utilization, availability, and maintenance

 

 

4) Customs & Tariff Management

- Manage product-specific anti-dumping regulations

- Monitor and manage reciprocal tariff costs

 

 

5) Inventory Management

- Manage inventory across multiple warehouses

- Conduct regular inventory audits and physical counts

 

 

6) Transportation & Dispatch Management

- Coordinate bulk and palletized (PLT) freight transportation

- Manage carrier scheduling and shipment execution

 

 

7) Logistics Cost Optimization

- Lead and execute logistics cost reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives

 

 

8) Cross-functional Communication

- Coordinate and communicate with the headquarter in South Korea

 

 

[Qualifications]

- Fluent in English (spoken and written) (Required)

- Experience using SAP systems in logistics (Required)

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Required)

- Proficiency in Korean (Preferred)

- Hands-on experience with liquid bulk logistics (ISO Tanks, Rail Cars) (Preferred)
