Office Assistant – Turnkey Service Company
Location: Duluth, GA

We are a Turnkey Service Company providing full-service solutions for apartment turns, renovations, and maintenance. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our office team in Duluth, GA.

M- Friday / 

M-Thursday: 9-5:30PM 

Friday:9-5:00PM 

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming phone calls

• Coordinate schedules between office and field teams

• Support daily administrative operations

• Manage and update data using Google Sheets

Requirements

• Fluent English (required)

• Korean language skills (preferred)

• Proficient with Google Sheets

• Comfortable working on Mac computers

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced turnkey environment
