About Us
We are a Turnkey Service Company providing full-service solutions for apartment turns, renovations, and maintenance. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our office team in Duluth, GA.
M- Friday /
M-Thursday: 9-5:30PM
Friday:9-5:00PM
Main Responsibilities
- Help with office work: scheduling, reports, and communication.
- Support the management team with daily operations.
- Answer calls, messages, and emails.
- Communicate with property managers, vendors, and our field crews.
- Translate or assist between English and Korean when needed.
- Manage and update data using Google Sheets
We’re Looking For
- Someone who speaks English fluently (Korean is a plus).
- A team player who takes responsibility and shows up on time.
- Basic computer skills (email, Google Drive, Word/Excel).
- No specific degree required — we’ll train the right person.
