1. 채용 분야

▶ Piping Superisor

주요 업무는 산업 플랜트 건설 프로젝트에서 배관 공사의 기획, 조정 및 시공을 총괄하는 핵심 역할을 담당합니다. 설계 해석부터 자재 관리, 현장 시공까지 전체 배관 설치 공정을 관리하며, 품질, 안전, 규격 준수를 보장합니다. 클라이언트, 협력업체 및 내부 팀과의 긴밀한 소통이 필수적이며, 배관 시스템에 대한 높은 기술 이해도와 리더십이 요구되는 포지션입니다. 관련 분야 경험이 있는 분들의 많은 지원 바랍니다.

주요 업무

프로젝트 및 기술 관리

• 배관 P&ID, 평면도, 아이소메트릭 도면 해석 및 검토
• ASTM, ASME, API 등 관련 규격 및 프로젝트 요구사항에 따른 시공 품질 확보
• 다양한 배관 자재(스테인리스, 탄소강, PVC, HDPE 등) 및 시공 방식(용접, 나사식, 플랜지, 본딩 등) 관리
• 펌프, 열교환기 등 장비 리스트 및 누설 시험 패키지 검토
• 프로젝트 일정, 공정 계획, 예산 관리 지원 (PM 및 엔지니어 협업)

현장 시공 및 자원 관리

• 자재 수급 및 재고 관리 계획 수립
• 중량물 인양 및 설치를 위한 Rigging Plan 수립·관리
• 현장 안전 준수 및 안전 정책 이행 관리

품질 및 안전 관리

• 시공 품질 점검 및 법규/설계 기준 준수 여부 확인
• 안전 교육, TBM(Toolbox Meeting) 등 안전 문화 정착 활동 주도
• 시공 중 발생하는 기술적 문제 해결 및 개선 조치 추진

문서 관리 및 보고

• 공정 계획, 현장 보고서, 시공 관련 문서 작성 및 유지
• 변경 작업(Change Order) 관리 및 기록 유지
• Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD 활용한 문서화 및 보고
• 인수인계를 위한 프로젝트 결과물 준비 및 제출

커뮤니케이션 및 협업

• 현장 인력, 협력업체, 고객사 간 의사소통 및 조정
• 구매·엔지니어링팀과 기술 요구사항 및 일정 공유
• 회의 참여 및 진행 현황/이슈 보고

Position Overview: As a Piping Supervisor at KB Link, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of piping work for large-scale industrial construction projects. You will manage the full cycle of piping installation — from design interpretation and material management to field execution — ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications and industry standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in piping systems, and effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Project & Technical Management

Interpret and review piping drawings such as P&ID, plan, and isometric drawings.

Ensure piping work meets design standards (ASTM, ASME, API) and project specifications.

Oversee the installation of various piping materials (stainless steel, carbon steel, PVC, HDPE) using appropriate technique (welding, threading, flanging, bonding, etc.).

Review and manage technical documents including equipment schedules (e.g., pumps, heat exchangers) and leak test packages.

Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.

 

Field Execution & Resource Management

Plan and manage work sequences and progress from start to completion.

Supervise field personnel, ensuring efficient resource and manpower allocation.

Establish and execute material supply and inventory management plans.

Develop and implement rigging plans for heavy lifting and installation work.

Ensure all site operations comply with safety standards and company policies.

 

Quality & Safety Assurance

Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to design and regulatory standards.

Promote safety culture through training, toolbox meetings, and continuous monitoring.

Address technical issues and propose corrective actions to maintain quality and efficiency.

 

Documentation & Reporting

Prepare and maintain work plans, progress reports, and technical documentation.

Manage change orders and maintain accurate records of project modifications.

Utilize software tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD for reporting and documentation.

Prepare project deliverables and handover documentation for client approval.

 

Communication & Coordination

Facilitate communication between field workers, subcontractors, and clients.

Coordinate schedules and technical requirements with procurement and engineering teams.

Participate in meetings and provide clear updates on project progress and challenges.

 

Requirements:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• 5–10 years of experience managing industrial piping construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of piping materials, standards, and installation techniques.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using AutoCAD and BIM viewing tools.
• Familiarity with project documentation, scheduling, and cost control.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• OSHA 10 & 30 certifications (preferred).
• Bilingual in Korean is preferred.
