포지션개요 (Position Summary)

Accounting Assistant Manager는CFO및Accounting Manager를지원하고, Accounting Specialists를리드하는중간관리역할입니다.

이포지션은Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), reconciliation, reporting, month-end close, internal control등 day-to-day accounting operation을관리하며, 회사의정책준수와재무보고의정확성을책임집니다.

또한Operations / Dispatch / Leadership team과협업하여profitability 개선, 내부통제강화, 프로세스효율화를추진합니다.

주요업무 (Key Responsibilities)

1. Business Analysis & Reporting

• 재무계획, 예산, forecasting 지원
• 월별 financial report 작성및 variance/trend 분석
• 경영진및 operations 팀을위한KPI dashboard개발
• Cost-saving opportunity및profit improvement분석
• 필요시 ad-hoc analysis 수행 (예: P&L by route/customer/vendor)

2. Accounts Payable (A/P) Management

• 일일 vendor invoice 및 payment 프로세스관리
• vendor 계정 reconciliation 및 discrepancy 해결
• 내부통제, policy 준수, documentation 관리
• Cash flow forecasting및bank balance report지원
• Vendor 관계관리및결제조건협상

3. Month-End Close & General Ledger

• 월말마감(JE, accruals, reconciliation) 지원
• G/L coding 및 rate table accuracy 관리
• Accounting Manager/CFO 검토용 variance summary 준비

4. Operations & Transactional Oversight

• AR, Billing, Operations팀과협업하여정확한청구관리
• Accessorial (detention, demurrage, chassis 등)관련정산정확성확인
• cross-functional communication 및 report 지원

5. Internal Controls & Process Improvement

• A/P, vendor setup, disbursement관련내부통제강화
• SOP 개선및automation / ERP (QuickBooks)활용확대
• Workflow 및 efficiency 개선제안

6. Leadership & Team Support

• Accounting Specialists의업무조율, 트레이닝, issue escalation 대응
• 팀내커뮤니케이션및협업
