Position Title: Sales Operations Support (영업 관리직)

About the Role

ATEC USA is seeking a Sales Operations Support professional to join our IT Automation Division in Duluth, GA.
This role plays a key part in managing sales operations, tracking project revenue and cost, and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting and sales administration processes with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments and with HQ.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project-based revenue and cost tracking for automation business.
• Prepare, issue, and follow up on invoices according to schedule.
• Maintain organized records of quotations, purchase orders, and contracts.
• Support month-end and quarterly sales closing processes with accounting.
• Assist in preparing sales forecasts, performance dashboards, and analysis reports.
• Collaborate with HQ and internal teams to streamline reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of invoicing, billing, and basic accounting principles.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience

• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, accounting support, or project administration.
• Experience in Project manager or leader in automation, manufacturing, or technical solution industries.
• Familiarity with import/export or project-based billing.
• Bilingual in English and Korean preferred.
