Part-time Assistant Manager
Elite Fencing Academy seeks an Assistant Manager for immediate employment.
M-F: 3 PM to 8 PM

Responsibilities:
• Oversee students and fencers
• Consult parents with various topics in fencing
• Take payments
• Assist manager in club maintenance
• Prepare monthly reports under the manager' guidance
• Prepare equipment orders and maintain inventory
• Assist coaches with private lesson schedules
• Adapt to multi-tasking
• Special projects and other duties as required

Qualifications:
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel & Word
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to perform well in a team environment as well as work independently

Education & Experience:
• 1+ years job experience
• Associate or Bachelor degree
• Knowledge and experience about fencing preferred
