Job Title: Logistic Business Operation Project Coordinator (Staff & Sr. Staff Level)
Location: 10800 Pecan Park Blvd #130, Austin, TX 78750 (Onsite)
Duration: 1-Year Contract (Possible Extension)
Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (Subject to change)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Logistic Business Operation Project Coordinator to manage and optimize product transportation operations across air, ocean, and land. The ideal candidate will have experience in freight forwarding, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end transportation processes (air, ocean, land/trucking)

• Track shipments and resolve logistics discrepancies

• Generate and report KPIs for supply chain performance

• Liaise daily with customers, carriers, and internal teams

• Support and enforce logistics policies and procedures

• Maintain and organize logistics records and documentation

• Analyze and improve transportation cost-efficiency

• Coordinate with site managers to ensure operational effectiveness

• Perform ad-hoc reporting and additional duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required

• 1–3+ years of logistics or freight forwarding experience

• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Willingness to travel up to 10% within the US
