Job Title: SAP MM Consultant

Work Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ

Duration: 1+ years

Language Requirement: Must be fluent in Korean and English

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic guidance to users in defining or designing processes to meet customer requirements; document current customer business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend system improvements; support SAP consultants as needed.

• Communicate with HQ for implementation management and optimization of new and existing processes within SAP Logistics module to support customer requirements.

• Offer full support to users across all relevant sites. Understand end users' technical SAP MM module needs, provide necessary training and documentation, and maintain strong end user relationships with ongoing support.

• Monitor and report the status of any issues; Proactively review performance against operating standards and provide updates and results.

• Serve as the primary on-call support person for troubleshooting and correcting system issues.

• Experienced in processing a variety of EDI document types.

• Demonstrated experience and understanding of system development life cycle, dynamics of application development, and IT practices and techniques.

• Experience with SAP integrations (IDOC, RFC).
