OA Operations Specialist (Korean Bilingual)

Location: Commerce, GA

Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person

Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000

Position Overview:

The OA Operations Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end management and maintenance of office automation (OA) systems, including hardware (PCs, printers, conference room devices) and business software applications. The role ensures a stable, efficient, and secure OA environment; supporting daily operations and user productivity across the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

OA Hardware Operations & Maintenance

• Install, configure, and maintain office equipment such as PCs, printers, and conference room devices.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues; coordinate repairs and replacement when necessary.
• Perform regular inspections and monitor device performance to ensure system stability.

OA Software Installation & Administration

• Install, configure, and manage business-related software applications.
• Maintain license compliance and manage updates and version control.
• Enforce software usage policies to ensure compliance with corporate security standards.

User Support

• Respond to and resolve OA-related inquiries and technical issues.
• Set up OA environments for new employees and provide onboarding support.
• Create and deliver user guides or short training sessions to enhance user competence.

Security & Policy Compliance

• Apply and monitor OA-related security policies and access controls.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies.
• Conduct periodic security checks and assist with compliance audits.

Qualifications:

• Education: Associate's Degree or higher (IT-related field preferred)
• Experience: 1+ year in OA operations, helpdesk, or hardware maintenance (entry-level candidates may be considered)

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Active Directory (AD) and SCCM operations
• Familiarity with IT security compliance frameworks and audit support
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (verbal and written)

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Windows OS and OA device management
• Experience in software installation, administration, and licensing
• Basic understanding of networking and user account management
