We are the world leader in specialty pipe and tube fabrication machinery. Our 2 production and
assembly facilities are located in Europe and our North America sales and service facility is in the
Norcross/ Duluth GA area.
We are looking for an accounting admin with Sage 100 experience who can handle the following tasks and responsibilities:
Accountant
Responsibilities:
-Assist with monthly, quarterly, year-end financial reporting
-Prepare daily and monthly journal entries
-Assist with Cash Management
-Oversee Order Entry
-A/P, A/R & Shipping/Receiving
-Use problem solving skills to reconcile, analyze, and review general ledger accounts in preparation for month end close
-Develop and drive process improvement
-Provide support for special projects, ad-hoc requests and other duties to help support decisions, resolve issues
-Participate in annual financial statement audit
-Provide redundancy for order entry and billing coordinator and or shipping
-Establish rapport and build cooperative working relationships with relevant and external parties

Fluency in English is a must.
