직책: Sales Associate

직무 요약:

기존 고객과의 강력한 관계를 구축하고 유지하여 고객 만족을 추구하고 반복적인 비즈니스를 촉진하며. 고객 포트폴리오를 관리, 고객의 요구를 이해하고 맞춤형 솔루션을 제공하는 업무입니다.

주요 책임:
• 우수한 고객 서비스를 제공하고, 문의 사항을 신속하고 효과적으로 해결
• 고객, 동료 및 경영진과 효과적으로 소통
• 판매 도구 및 ERP 시스템을 활용하여 고객을 관리하고, 진행 상황을 추적하며, 보고서를 생성
• 물류 및 생산과 같은 다른 부서와 협력하여 판매 노력을 전체 비즈니스 목표와 일치시킴

자격 요건:
     •  학력: 고등학교 졸업 또는 동등한 자격
     •  경력: 고객 서비스 및 판매 분야에서 1-2년의 경험, 화학 또는 배터리 산업에서의 경험 우대
     •  기술: 강력한 의사소통 및 대인 관계 능력; 분석 및 문제 해결 능력; Microsoft Office Suite(특히 Excel 스프레드시트)및 ERP

Our customer company, the U.S. subsidiary of ****** Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ listed), is a fast-growing global leader in battery electrolyte manufacturing. Headquartered in Commerce, Georgia, we are at the forefront of supplying essential materials to the booming EV and energy storage industries.
Establish and cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business. Manage a portfolio of accounts, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Utilize sales tools and ERP system to manage customers, track progress, and generate reports.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and production, to align sales efforts with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 1 – 2 years’ experience in customer service and sales, preferably within the chemical or battery industry.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; analytical and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel spreadsheets), and ERP software preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Korean or Chinese/Korean preferred, but not required.
