Production Manager, QC, Maintenance 팀과 협력하여 원활한 공장 운영, 장비 및 자재 효율적 사용, 안전·규정 준수를 관리하게 됩니다.

[주요 업무]

 -- 공장 전반 운영 모니터링 (설비 활용, Workflow, Shift Performance 등)

 -- 자재·장비·인력을 생산 일정에 맞게 배치

 -- 생산 지표(Output, Downtime, Utilization) 추적 및 보고

 -- Production Manager 지원 (효율성 향상, 병목 현상 해소)

 -- GMP, Safety, 회사 운영 절차 준수 보장

 -- QC 및 Maintenance 팀과 협업하여 운영 문제 신속 해결

 -- 오퍼레이터 및 현장 직원 교육·지도

[자격 요건]

 -- 제조업(화장품·제약 등) 운영 경력 3–7년

 -- 공장 운영·Workflow·장비 관리 지식 보유

 -- 직원 관리 및 Shift 운영 경험

 -- GMP, ISO 등 컴플라이언스 시스템 이해

 -- 조직력·문제 해결 능력 우수

 -- 학사 학위(Operations Management, Industrial Engineering 등) 우대

 -- 한국어·영어 Bilingual

R&D Chemist – Cosmetics Products

A leading company in the cosmetics and chemical industry is seeking an experienced R&D Research Scientist to join its team. This role involves product formulation, ingredient research, and regulatory compliance to support the development and enhancement of cosmetic and chemical products. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and improve formulations for cosmetics and chemical-based products.

Conduct research on raw materials, active ingredients, and product stability.

Ensure compliance with cosmetic regulations and safety assessments.

Optimize product textures, stability, and functionality through ingredient research and testing.

Qualifications:
