One of the fastest growing companies in North America (Inc. Magazine - Inc. 500 2017), is looking to hire a Sr. Digital Marketing Data Analyst to support Marketing team by providing analysis & planning across business platforms. The goal of this role is to provide strategic reporting, insights and analyses to be used in marketing projects. The ideal candidate is a strong data analyst with a background in online/ecommerce business and knowledge of online marketing.
As a Sr. Digital Marketing Data Analyst within the ecommerce space, you will be working with large amount of data, analyzing data from different perspectives, and providing meaningful insights to drive business growth. Job Responsibilities:
• Measure, analyze and report performance data across products, channel, platform and other performance segments.
• Set up experiment and provide analysis for optimization on different channels to drive the SEO performance.
• Provide guidance on pricing strategy and analytical support on pricing optimization.
• Providing insights on marketing campaign performance to drive campaign efficiency and growth.
• Provide analytical support to set the goals for marketing team and own different types of marketing metrics/KPI, spend time with marketing stakeholder
to ensuring these reports meet the teams’ evolving data needs.
• Conduct competitor research for different online retail channels.
• Help improve data integrity and accuracy of related data in database.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Perform ad hoc analysis, reporting and deliverables.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing or other related majors.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing data analytics and/or eCommerce data analytics.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience with PowerBI.
• A strong understanding of online retail/marketplaces.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL.
• Self-motivated, quick starter who takes ownership of assignments and duties with minimal guidance.
• Critical Thinking: Exceptional quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw insights and recommendations from analysis and present proposals to internal stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to effectively digest complex concepts and effectively communicate the data both in written and verbal.
• Data Driven Mindset & Strong Data Skills
o Must be comfortable analyzing large quantities of data to create summaries, develop models, and extract insights.
o Able to work quickly, able to experiment and amend approach based on data analysis and results.

[Pay and Benefits]
Salary: Starting $90,000 ~110,000 per year for entry level (5 years plus) (others: depend on the experience)
