모집 분야 및 주요 업무

 

[Electrical Maintenance PLC Engineer 0명 모집]

·         차체 및 바디 라인의 안정적인 운영 지원

·         고장 수리 대응 및 고장률 분석을 통한 라인 개선 활동 수행

·         PLC 및 애니메이션 프로그램(차체/바디 포함, 로봇 포함) 정기 백업 관리

·         차체/바디 라인의 로봇, 용접기, 전동공구, 서보 프레스 등 설비 유지보수 및 데이터 관리

·         차체/바디 라인의 예비 부품 관리 및 재고 조사

·         일일/정기 점검 항목에 대한 점검 및 기록 관리 (감사 대응 포함)

자격 요건 및 필요 역량

 

·         동종 업계 3년 이상 경력 보유자 (경력 0명)
직무에 대한 이해, 타 부서와의 원활한 협업 능력, 강한 책임감

·         윤리의식및현지직원과의기본적인영어의사소통능력

·         업무이해도, 관련부서와의협조능력

·         최신기술에대한전문성과접근성

·         유압및공압회로도(DWG) 이해및 CAD를활용한도면확인능력전기및전자제어기초, 시퀀스제어, PC 기반제어(LABVIEW) 및안전장비제어지식

·         PLC 제어: Mitsubishi, LS산전, AB, Siemens 중선택 1

·         HMI: LS산전, Prophase 중선택 1

·         서보모터제어: Mitsubishi, Yaskawa, Sanyo 중선택 1

·         로봇제어: Yaskawa, Hyundai, ABB 중선택 1

[Hwashin America] Electrical Maintenance PLC Engineer

 

Hwashin America, a Tier-1 supplier for Hyundai and Kia, is seeking talented individuals to grow with us.
We specialize in manufacturing automotive chassis and body components, with headquarters in Korea and subsidiaries in Brazil, India, China, and Vietnam.

Position & Responsibilities

 

[Electrical Maintenance PLC Engineer – Number of Positions: TBD]

•       Support stable operation of chassis & body lines

•       Implement response to failure repair analyze failure rate & make line improvement activities

•       Regular back up management of PLC’s & animation programs chassis/body including robots

•       Equipment maint chassis/body lines robot, welder, power tool, servo press & data keeping

•       Spare parts management & inventory survey of chassis/body line

•       Inspection/record management of daily/regular inspection items including Audit responses

Qualifications & Skills

 

·         3 years or more years’ experience electrical control facility management (Experienced positions: 0 openings)

·         Common practices: Basic English for communication with local people

·         Competencies by position: Understanding of work, cooperation with related departments for assigned task

·         Technical expertise excellence & accessibility to new technologies

·         Understand hydraulic & pneumatics diagrams & DWG include checking DWG with CAD

·         Basics of electrical & electronic, sequence control, PC based control LABVIEW & safety equip control

·         PLC control (Mitsubishi, LS Industrial Systems, AB, Siemens, select 1), HMI (LS Industrial Systems, Prophase, select 1),  servo motor control (Mitsubishi, Yaskawa, Sanyo 1), robot (Yaskawa, Hyundai, ABB 1)
