Job Description: Salon Assistant
COMPANY INFORMATION
Based in Sandy Springs, GA, LA LA LASH is a fast-growing lash extension salon. LA LA LASH provides high-end eyelash extensions and brow services performed by certified professionals. We pride ourselves on our quality of lashes as well as the application process.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Salon Assistant
The salon assistant is responsible for managing customer booking, welcoming customers, receiving phone calls, maintaining the clean salon environment, updating and maintaining the social media, answering questions from customers, checking out customers and any duty requested by the store manager.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Customer Service Related
o Manage customer booking
o Welcoming Customers
o Answering questions from customers
o Checking out customers with POS
o Answering customer phone calls
● Salon Related Extra duty
o Maintain clean salon environment
o updating & maintaining the social media
o follow the duty requested by store manager
QUALIFICATIONS
• Excellence in organization, prioritization of tasks, and time management
• Excellence in customer service skills
• Detail oriented, accurate work ethic
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English speaking and writing skill
PERSONAL QUALITIES
● Independent, self-driven, and energetic
● Team Player
● Positive, upbeat attitude
● Strong work ethic
● Detail oriented
● Great skill of communication with customer
BENEFITS OFFERED (part time eligible)
• $10 - $12 /hour – Overtime eligible
• We provide opportunity for a salon assistant to get training on lash extension to expand their carrier options!
BENEFITS OFFERED (Full time employee)
• $21,000 - $25,000 Annual Salary based on experience & Skill
• We provide opportunity for a salon assistant to get training on lash extension to expand their carrier options!
