Full Job Description:
- Oversee and direct day-day accounting functions including Revenue Recognition, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Accounting
- Order supplies and pay bills
- Issue invoices and checks as needed
- Maintain General Ledger and Chart of Accounts
- Enter payroll information as needed
- Provide HR administrative assistance to management team
Education and Experience:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or 3+ years of accounting experience
Qualifications:
- Experience with QuickBooks (Required)
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization skills
- Bilingual in English & Korean
- Legally Authorized to work in the US
